Agents are controlled by a system message designed by their creator.
An organisation administrator can additionally provide a ‘master system message’ that is automatically and seamlessly considered by each agent across the organisation. For example, if a set of principles or values is needed across all agents in the organisation, or reference to an institutional support service.
To do so, go to the organisational edit screen, and click on the Policies tab. Enter a short message for the Master system message. For example:
Ensure you click Save organisation afterwards.
