By default, new users who are in your Cogniti organisation (i.e. tenancy) do not have the permission to create their own agents.
To allow them to do so, an administrator needs to provision ‘agent quota’. This is so that users can be appropriately onboarded and trained in how to create and use agents well.
Provision agent quota #
To provision agent quota, navigate to the users screen by clicking the users button on the main menu bar.
Find the user for whom you wish to provision quota. Click the ‘Agent limit’ number. A textbox will appear. Enter a new agent quota (numerical) and press enter on your keyboard. A confirmation popup will appear if this is successful.
