A sandbox provides a safe, guided space for students to explore disciplinary knowledge, skills, and dispositions by creating their own AI agents.
Once you have created your sandbox and checked its access permissions, you can give your students access to your sandbox in two ways.
Check the sandbox access permissions #
In the sandbox settings screen, navigate to the Sandbox access tab and look at the Sandbox access dropdown.

Ensure the desired setting is specified.
Embed the sandbox into your LMS #
In a similar way to embedding agents into an LMS like Canvas or Moodle, you can embed a sandbox into your LMS as well.
In your LMS, choose to insert an external tool.
Then, select the Sandboxes tab:

Find the sandbox you want to embed, and click Select this sandbox. The sandbox will now be embedded into that place in the LMS.
Provide the direct link to your sandbox #
Embedding a sandbox within the LMS (above) is the preferred way to give students access to a sandbox.
If you wish to provide students a direct link to the sandbox, you can obtain the direct link this way:
In the Sandboxes page, hover over the icon for your sandbox that takes you to view the agents within the sandbox.

Right click on this icon and choose Copy link address from the browser menu that appears.
This link will provide direct access to the sandbox.
