When you are chatting with a Cogniti agent, you may come across an error that says, “Too many messages sent recently”.
This error occurs when too many chat messages have been sent to the agent within the last hour.
All organisations that use Cogniti have throttles set so that we can ensure AI use is shared evenly across organisations.
If you encounter this error, you’ll need to wait a while until you’ll be able to send another message.
If you’re a teacher, please contact an administrator to see if this throttle limit can be increased.
