All conversations in Cogniti are recorded – this is helpful for many reasons.
This means that Cogniti can also help you as the teacher to quickly understand what questions are talking with the AI about, and how they seem to be going.
To access these Insights, click the View insights icon for your agent:
You will be able to see an overview of how many conversations have been held with your agent by how many people.
You will also be able to see an AI-generated summary of what users (students) have said in these conversations. No personal identifiers are sent to the AI to generate this summary. The summary looks like this:
