The primary purpose of your agent is to improve student learning. In many cases, this will mean your students need to be able to have conversations with your agent.
Before following the below steps, ensure that you have configured your agent to be available to the right set of people. To do this, look at the who is allowed to chat with your agent.
Giving access through the learning management system #
If this has been configured for your institution, you can give access to students directly through your learning management system:
Giving access through a ‘secret link’ #
You can also give students a direct link to your agent to chat with it. We call this a ‘secret link’ because it has an encoded passphrase in it.
You can grab this secret link from the Chat access tab in your agent configuration screen:
